Our Mazak VARIAXIS i-600 5-axis machining center handles complex contoured geometry — impellers, turbine components, and multi-face aerospace brackets — in a single setup. Five-axis simultaneous motion eliminates repositioning error and holds ±0.01mm on critical features, making the Mazak I-600 our go-to for aerospace and medical parts that demand positional accuracy across multiple datums.
Five Zhengdai double-column 5-face machining centers (1850 × 1850 × 600mm) complement our 5-axis capacity, machining five faces of large precision housings and structural components in one clamping. Their rigid double-column construction delivers excellent flatness and surface finish on aluminum and steel, reducing setups and secondary operations.
For fast-turnaround precision parts and higher-volume runs, our 196 Taikan TH500-series and 15 FANUC α-D14MiA high-speed machining centers deliver rapid cycle times without sacrificing accuracy. These machines excel at small-to-medium aluminum and steel components — electronics enclosures, connectors, and brackets — where throughput and repeatability matter, backed by Zhengdai and Runxing centers for larger formats.

Our standard trade term is EXW (Ex Works, Dongguan factory): prices cover manufacturing, inspection, and export-ready packaging at our facility, and the customer arranges collection and freight. For sea-freight production orders we also accept FOB (Shenzhen/Dongguan) on request. We do not offer DAP or DDP terms. This keeps quotes transparent — you pay actual freight costs through your own forwarder or courier account with no markup. If you don't have a forwarder in China, we can recommend one and hand your goods over to them directly.
50% T/T deposit at order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. The deposit covers material purchasing and production start; the balance is due after you receive and approve the inspection report and product photos, before goods leave the factory. We accept USD telegraphic transfer as standard. For long-term customers with established order history, payment terms can be discussed case by case.
Our commonly held tolerance range is ±0.03–0.05mm, which covers most industrial parts at the best cost. For critical features we machine to ±0.005mm using glass-scale machines and temperature-controlled CMM inspection. Tolerance is priced per feature, not per part — so a drawing that applies tight tolerances only where function requires them will always quote lower. Send your drawing and we will confirm the achievable tolerance on each critical dimension before you order.
We machine virtually all engineering metals and plastics. The materials we run daily are aluminum alloys (6061, 7075, 6063, ADC12), magnesium alloys (AZ91D, AZ31B), copper and brass (C110, C360), and stainless steel (303, 304, 316, 17-4 PH). We also regularly machine carbon steel, tool steel, titanium, and engineering plastics such as POM, PEEK, and nylon. If your material is unusual, ask — we can source almost any grade with mill certificates.
As fast as 7 working days for small, simple parts; typically 14 working days for most samples. The actual time depends on part complexity, material availability, and surface finishing requirements — anodizing or plating adds 3–5 days. To get the fastest turnaround, send a complete package: STEP file, PDF drawing, material grade, and finish specification. We confirm the exact sample lead time with your quote within 24 hours.
MOQ depends on part size: typically 500–1,000 pieces for production orders, with smaller parts carrying higher MOQs because setup cost must amortize across the run. Prototypes and samples are quoted separately and are not subject to production MOQ — you can validate the design first, then move to a production order. If your annual volume is spread across releases, ask about blanket-order scheduling; it often makes smaller individual releases workable.
We support all major shipping methods: DHL, UPS, FedEx courier for samples and small batches, and air or sea freight for production volumes. Under our standard EXW terms (FOB available on request for sea shipments), freight is arranged and paid by the customer — via your own courier account or forwarder, which gives you full control and transparency over logistics cost. We do not ship DAP/DDP. We handle export packaging, documentation, and hand-over to your carrier at our Dongguan facility, one hour from Shenzhen and Hong Kong ports.
Yes — finishing is in-house or managed under one QA system, covering: sandblasting, anodizing (Type II and hardcoat), electroplating, e-coating, PVD coating, powder coating, painting, nickel/gold/zinc plating, black oxide, heat treatment, brushing, and polishing. Because machining and finishing run under one roof, dimensional effects of coatings (anodize growth, plating thickness) are compensated in machining, and cosmetic parts ship with consistent color and texture batch after batch. Specify the finish and color on your drawing, or send a reference sample to match.
